Hahaha, nakakapayat yan, kasi hassle magtanggal when you are out in public place, so wag nalang kumain :D
When i had my retainers, dahil hassle nga. I didnt wear them! ayun, nagrelapse ang ngipin ko, kaya eto balik bracekts ulit. At my age, my teeth are going to fall off soon, at eto nakabrace parin! Tsk..tsk
vanity! gusto ko perfect teeth kaya nagpa aligners ako! hehehe no out of pocket cost naman for me so why not? di va? =D
hassle talaga mag tanggal. gusto ko nga once a day nalang ako kumain e pero nagugutom talaga ako. hehehe masakit din sa ngipin. oh well. i think i'm only wearing these for 7 months so KAYA KO TO!!!
