what's up with busy me

first things first, i praise God for all his goodness and his blessings in 2006. i know and believe that he has more in store for 2007. it was great to celebrate christmas and new year with paul and michelle. each day our love for each other as a family continues to grow. i continue to pray for the salvation of those that i love. as i was telling chel earlier today, all the other things in my life i can work on like paying the bills and taking care of my family...but the salvation of everyone i care about is totally beyond my control. all i can do is trust him and pray for my family.

i like to read to michelle at nite. i try to read bible stories to her every night and she seems to like it...well, i think she likes the pictures more than the story =) but it's a good habit to start. i want to encourage her to read and we can start as early as now by reading to her. =) she's a daddy's girl and lights up whenever she sees her dad. minsan naiinggit ako but whenever i feel that way, she'd look at me light up too and give me a smile as if to reassure me that she loves me too. hehehe

wedding is 2 weeks away. feeling kinda nervous but i know all my friends will pull through and help with everything =) i just have to learn to trust them to do their tasks and to not worry any more. some things will be out of my control.

weightloss...just 10 more lbs to go!!!! weeee!!!!!! i can now fit in to my old pants and jeans but they're still a little tight. my old tops already fit but i'm still conscious about my 'mommy pouch'. i read it will really take time for that to disappear...maybe even a year so i have time. it's only been 4 months and i've already lost a lot of weight....so yey!!!!!!!

work...dealing with both old and new stuff. i wont be immersed in the new role as admin manager until i get back. right now it's training my co-worker who will be taking over my spot at operations. still have to take my series 7 and 63 license...but i know that god will be with me. he put me in this position so i know he's not gonna leave me. =)
